I found out an interesting little nugget of information about Adwords the other day. Your placement ranking is based on a quality scoring algorithm, instead of just your bids. Here is the super complex Google algorithim, which has recently been leaked:

Google took one more step towards owning a monopoly on the internet advertising industry by announcing  a ten year deal with Yahoo the other day (news report here) Yahoo will now be using the Google adsense network, and it is expected to raise $250 million for Yahoo in the first year.

First off, Happy New Year everybody! I am having some weird issues with the main site, but this place should actually have a real URL (www.glennstovall.com) by tomorrrow. While I’m waiting on that to process, I’ve been playing around with a few other things:
